I min klinik, Act of Living, i hjertet af Aarhus, tager jeg imod klienter fra hele området, herunder Skanderborg og Odder. I klinikken vil du opleve et sikkert rum, hvor du vil blive mødt med tillid, nærvær og empati. Jeg er oprindeligt fra Australien og begår mig endnu ikke helt på dansk, selvom jeg bor i Aarhus med min danske hustru. Terapien foregår derfor også altid på engelsk.

Individuel psykoterapi med udgangspunkt i ACT​

Som psykoterapeut arbejder jeg med udgangspunkt i den anerkendte kognitive behandling Acceptance and commitment terapi (ACT). Metoden hjælper dig med at acceptere din nuværende situation, åbne op for de ubehagelige tanker og følelser for herefter at give dig en forståelse af, hvad der virkelig betyder noget for dig, så du aktivt og engageret kan handle herefter.


Jeg tilbyder individuel psykoterapi i forbindelse med flere forskellige behandling, og du kan blandt andet opsøge mig, hvis du har brug for hjælp til:

  • Parterapi
  • Behandling af sorg efter immigration
  • Lavt selvværd​
